...You might like to know that our conservatory kit, all 15 items, arrived safely in France yesterday afternoon. Apparently they also tried to deliver on Tuesday but the lorry was too big. They used a smaller but still sizable vehicle yesterday. The driver and his colleague from Noyon could not have been more helpful. They unloaded all the items and put them in the garage where they are being stored. There were considerably more than 15 items. they had to unpack the pallet to offload.

...Sorry I haven't been in touch sooner but here is my feedback regarding the recent pick up and shipping of my belongings. I have to say that I was please by the way you kept me updated on the situation (day and time of pick up). Regarding the time it took from pick up to delivery I was totally satisfied. The nice couple who delivered my stuff was very dedicated. An inventory was carefully and accurately made which facilitate the delivery process. They brought furniture and boxes in the house as asked.

Professional and no complaints
...We used Movecorp to ship a possessions and some furniture from Italy to
England.
We chose them mainly because the initial phone contact with them
(Sophie) was professional, quick and helpful.
In the end we've got no complaints at all.
Everybody we dealt with was professional.
They did it for a price much less than it would have cost to hire a van
and do it ourselves......

...It was exactly a month ago when I did business with Movecorp or any moving company for that matter. And for the record, I would like to commend the efforts of the Movecorp team. They were there at every step of the way, from the time I asked for a quote (trust me, one of the best and lowest quotes in the industry!), to the wrapping and packing of packages (they used top-notch wrapping materials) to the actual delivery. It was all done in an efficient and friendly manner. I had a lot of questions and concerns, like ‘can you please handle that package with care, it’s antique!’ Your team was sport, friendly and accommodating every step of the way, and I must say I’m strongly considering your service again once my daughter transfers to US for college. I’ll be contacting your company soon, and expecting the same quality of service you have given me a month ago. Thanks again.....

...I was very pleased with the quote I received and after speaking to you, i was very happy to use Movecorp. I explained that the boxes would be fragile as contained mainly crockery and breakables. I labelled the boxes on each of the four sides with A4 paper stating Fragile and This way up with arrow. Each box was under 24kg so could be lifted easily. Booked the collection and delivery through the office and the paperwork was sent out. Very happy with Movecorp, again we kept in contact with the courier and arranged delivery the following day and the courier in Dublin was very helpful. The helpfulness of the staff in the office is excellent and cannot be faulted....
